UK European Consumer Centre - The UK European Consumer Centre (UK ECC) is part of the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net). The aim of the network is to give you the same confidence when you are shopping within Europe as you do at home. When contacting the UK ECC you will be provided with advice and support, in order to resolve your dispute. The UK ECC can also provide information on your rights as a consumer in Europe.
